Appalachia brings together seasonal produce, Southern and Mid-Atlantic influence and counter dining in an intimate space built for long evenings and shared discovery.
Led by Head Chef Ali Borer, Appalachia explores those journeys through a menu shaped by migration, preservation and curiosity.
Expect bold flavours, generous sharing plates and a wine list chosen for discovery rather than convention.

An intimate cocktail bar led by co-founder Ryan Sheehan, built around great drinks, good company and evenings that tend to run longer than planned.
The lights sit lower. The music carries further.
